At Butler Loftet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
